How are operators registered?

Operators may be authorized through the platform at any moment and invoicing is made as from the month of the registration.

How are operators deregistered?

Operators are also deregistered through the platform but deregistration will be evidenced in invoicing as from the following month.

When can the service be canceled?

Like the operators, the service can be canceled at any time.

Is there a monthly limit of work orders or per operator?

No. Unlimited work orders can be uploaded per customer and per operator.

Do customer users have an additional cost?

No. Customer users, as well as administrators, have no additional cost. Only field operator users are paid for.

Can users add work orders?

Yes, they access with the user created by the company and they can create and see the status online.

Is integration allowed with any system that is currently operating?

Fieldtech has an API that allows an easy integration with other platforms.

Is the mobile version available for iOS?

Not yet, but the backoffice is responsive and operators can access from their iOS.

Can I go from freemium account to premium account?

Yes. You can register with the free account and use it as long as you want. When you want to upgrade to the premium version, you request it from the platform

How do I start using the free trial?

Sign up and begin to use Fieldtech premium features. When you get to day 30 you will be notified to upgrade to premium or use freemium account.

How is the Suppont?

You will be able to load tickets from the platform and you will have a response by that way. Depending on the type of account you have, the response times may vary between 1 and 5 days.
